Ginevra Scialpi
The founder of La Ratta Digital Consulting has been overseeing marketing, communication, photography and graphic design projects since 2016. She holds a degree in Visual Communication from Venice University and serves as the Creative Director for all company projects, while handling management tasks. Since 2020, she has been developing curriculum for high schools, personally structuring and teaching classes on Communication Strategies and visual arts.

She joined La Ratta’s team in 2017, initially as an illustrator, and later specialized in visual and technical graphics due to her previous studies in Architecture and New Technologies for the Arts. Her work involves creating digital images for websites and social networks, designing layouts for printed advertising, product packaging and labeling, and managing editorial layout. She is also currently specializing in Brand Identity design.

Professional photographer in 2012, they have honed their skills and expertise over the years, and have been a longstanding member of La Ratta Digital Consulting, officially joining the team in 2016. Their specialty lies in fashion and event photography on well-equipped photo sets, designed to bring out the best in every shoot, offering a range of services to meet the clients’ diverse requirements. This includes digital photography, as well as analog shoots for clients who appreciate the classic feel of film.

Having taken numerous specialized courses on direct and organic communication via Meta (Facebook and Instagram), she is extending her expertise to other digital platforms like LinkedIn for professionals, TikTok for a younger, international audience, the new YouTube interface, and more.

Specialised both in full-length films and documentaries, they recently explored the world of super short snaps for social media communication and advertisement.

Joined the team in 2022, they are learning everyday through the paid advertisement world, developing their knowledge through focused experiences and through several specialising courses, concerning the platforms of Meta ads, Google Search Engine Marketing and LinkedIn campaigns.
